Obstetrics & Gynecology Hospitalist — Mooresville, IN (FullTime)

Join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving maternal safety and patient experience by ensuring every woman who presents to the hospital receives expert, timely obstetric care.

Based in Mooresville, IN, this full-time hospitalist role offers collaborative practice with local obstetricians while preserving an exceptional work/life balance. You will provide comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care, manage obstetric emergencies, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical excellence.

Compensation & Schedule

• Competitive salary $300,000–$340,000 plus full benefits
• Typical schedule: 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (roughly 21 days off)
• No office management responsibilities and no traditional on-call duties
• Flexible scheduling with potential for bonuses; ability to create your own schedule

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Indiana medical license or ability to obtain one
• Proven ability to manage obstetric emergencies and provide high-quality inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered approach
• Commitment to continuous improvement and clinical excellence
