OB/GYN Hospitalist — $300340K, Flexible Schedule, No Call (Carbondale & IL Locations)

We are hiring Obstetrics and Gynecology physicians to join a collaborative hospitalist team committed to improving maternal safety and patient satisfaction. In this role you will provide expert care to every pregnant patient who presents to the hospital, working alongside local obstetricians while maintaining a superior work/life balance.

Locations: Michigan City (IN), Carbondale, Moline and Silvis (IL).

Position highlights:

• Competitive salary: $300,000–$340,000 annually plus comprehensive benefits
• Full-time hospitalist role with flexible, provider-designed schedules
• Typical clinical load: 7–9, 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off)

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Illinois license or ability to obtain licensure
• Proficiency in managing obstetric emergencies and providing comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
• Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous quality improvement
