Job Description

Join a collaborative team dedicated to improving safety and satisfaction for pregnant patients by making sure every woman who arrives at the hospital receives expert, experienced care.

You’ll work closely with local obstetricians while enjoying a predictable, family-friendly schedule and the autonomy to practice high-quality inpatient OB/GYN care. We’re looking for physicians who bring excellent clinical judgment, clear communication, a commitment to continuous quality improvement, and a passion for advancing maternal health.

Locations
Opportunities across Florida, including Fleming Island, Fort Myers, Fort Pierce, Jacksonville, Miami, Miramar Beach, Orange Park, Pensacola, Plant City, Safety Harbor, South Miami, St. Augustine, and Trinity.

What we offer

  • Competitive compensation of $300,000–$340,000 per year plus a full benefits package
  • Full-time hospitalist role with flexible scheduling; typically 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off)
  • No office responsibilities and no weekend on-call required

Qualifications

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Florida medical license or ability to obtain one
  • Proven ability to manage obstetric emergencies and provide comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and patient-centered care skills
  • A commitment to clinical excellence and quality improvement
