OB/GYN Hospitalist Physician — Kernersville/Monroe/Rocky Mount, NC (Full-Time)

You’ll work closely with local obstetricians while enjoying a great work–life balance. Ideal candidates are clinically strong, communicate clearly, and are committed to quality improvement and advancing obstetrics and gynecology.

Locations: Kernersville, Monroe, and Rocky Mount, NC.

What you’ll get

• Competitive salary: $300,000–$340,000 plus a full benefits package
• Full-time hospitalist role with flexible scheduling — typically 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off each month)

What we’re looking for

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• North Carolina medical license or ability to obtain one
• Experience managing obstetric emergencies and providing full inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong teamwork, communication, and patient-centered care skills
• A commitment to clinical excellence and continuous improvement
