Job Description

We’re looking for a compassionate Internal Medicine (or Family Medicine) physician to join our 100% outpatient, value-based care clinic in Arlington, TX. You’ll care for adults 18+ in a team-focused setting that emphasizes continuity, prevention, and strong patient-provider relationships. Our model supports you in delivering high-quality care while focusing on outcomes and patient experience.

Compensation & benefits

  • Guaranteed base salary of $240,000 plus up to 20% annual performance bonus
  • $1,250/month supervisory stipend for each Nurse Practitioner you oversee
  • CME allowance plus paid CME hours

What you’ll do day to day

  • Provide patient-centered medical care for adult patients
  • Perform comprehensive initial assessments, take medical histories, and assess risks
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and create individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver preventive care and patient education to support long-term health goals
  • Coordinate referrals and follow-up with specialists as needed
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely communication and continuity of care
  • Supervise Nurse Practitioners when applicable (with additional monthly stipend)
  • Keep clinic schedules on track to ensure patients are seen as scheduled

What we’re looking for

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM). Board-eligible candidates should be within 5 years of residency completion
  • Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in a primary care or urgent care setting; supervisory experience preferred
  • Active Texas medical license and a DEA license in good standing
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
