What you’ll do:

• Deliver comprehensive primary care across the lifespan: preventive care, wellness exams, acute and chronic disease management.
• Build long-term, trusting relationships with patients and families.
• Coordinate care with specialists and the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless, evidence-based treatment.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Apply evidence-based medicine to improve patient outcomes and support population health.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
• Eligible for or holding an unrestricted Indiana medical license
• DEA certification or eligibility to obtain
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills
