Compensation & Schedule

• Compensation: $372,000 (1099)
• Call: 1:5 weekday, 1:6 weekend; post-primary call days off
• Time off: 9 weeks off per year plus post-call days off
• Malpractice: Employer-paid malpractice with tail coverage

Practice Details

• Facility: 161-bed community hospital
• Case mix: General surgery, orthopedics, endoscopy/GI, urology, ENT (rare pediatric), OB/GYN
• Team: 6 CRNAs; daily on-site staffing typically 4 CRNAs + 1 anesthesiologist (primarily OB coverage)
• Call model: CRNAs cover OR and OB calls from home
• Regional anesthesia: Proficiency preferred; training available if needed
