Join an established, well-supported Urology team to provide acute adult urological care across a compact regional practice. This flexible PRN opportunity offers an exceptional work–life balance with predictable scheduling (posted 90 days in advance) and clinics located within a 15-minute commute: primary hospital in Rock Island, IL, with outpatient clinics in Bettendorf, IA, and Moline, IL.

Compensation and logistics

• $3,500 per day
• Group arranges and books all travel on top of per-shift pay
• Malpractice and tail coverage provided
• Personal locums consultant to assist with credentialing and scheduling

Key responsibilities

• Deliver acute and facility-based adult urology care
• Perform surgical cases with allocated OR block time
• Collaborate closely with an experienced team of urologists and full-time advanced practice providers
• Ensure continuity of care across outpatient clinics and inpatient services

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Active medical licenses in both Iowa and Illinois
