Part-Time Hybrid Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) — Frederick, MD

Part-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner position in Frederick, MD. Provide integrated psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and young adults within an interdisciplinary, mission-driven team. Flexible schedule with strong clinical support.

Schedule and work model

• 20 hours per week total: 17 clinical hours + 3 administrative hours
• Hybrid: minimum 10 clinical hours onsite; up to 7 clinical hours remote
• Administrative hours performed remotely
• Flexible scheduling based on patient needs
• Minimum 10 clinical hours must occur during peak “after-school” times (after 4:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends)

Compensation and benefits

• Base salary (part-time, 20 hrs/week, W2): $72,500
• Total earning potential up to $175,000+ annually
• $100 additional per clinical hour beyond base caseload

Required qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program
• PMHNP board certification (PMHNP-BC)
• Minimum 1 year of independent psychiatric practice post-licensure
• Active Maryland PMHNP/APRN license
• DEA registration and state prescriptive authority
• Ability to be onsite for at least 10 clinical hours per week
• Availability for after-school hours (after 4:00 PM ET and/or weekends)
• Access to reliable technology (computer, phone, high-speed internet)
