Hybrid Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) — Pediatric/Adolescent, Sterling VA (Hybrid, W2)

Schedule & work model

• 40 hours per week with a hybrid model: up to 3 days onsite weekly.
• Required 15 hours during after-school peak times (after 4 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends).
• Minimum 10 clinical hours onsite; up to 7 clinical hours remote.
• Administrative duties completed remotely. Scheduling is flexible and aligned with patient needs.

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary: $135,000–$145,000.
• Total earning potential up to $175,000+ annually.
• Additional $100 per clinical hour for hours beyond base caseload; further income opportunities based on availability and interest (including virtual care).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Board-certified PMHNP (PMHNP-BC).
• Minimum one year of independent psychiatric practice under licensure.
• Active Virginia PMHNP/APRN license, DEA registration, and state prescriptive authority.
• Ability to provide at least 10 onsite clinical hours per week and work during after-school hours.
• Access to reliable technology (computer, phone, high-speed internet).
