Family Medicine Physician — Primary Care Practice in Greenwood, SC

We’re looking for a Family Medicine physician who practices whole-person, patient-centered care and is excited to build trusting relationships while helping shape a growing primary care program.

What you’ll do

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient care to patients across the lifespan, managing both acute and chronic conditions.
• Use evidence-based guidelines to diagnose, treat, and follow up on medical issues.
• Emphasize prevention and wellness through patient education and health promotion.
• Work closely with nurses, specialists, and other care team members to coordinate high-quality care.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of primary care services and community health initiatives.
• Keep clear, timely documentation in the electronic health record.

Who we’re looking for

• Graduate of an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (pediatrics experience a plus).
• Active South Carolina medical license, or eligibility to obtain one.
