Family Medicine NP/PA (Float) — $100K, Mileage Reimbursement & Multi-Clinic Support in Greenwood, SC

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team as a floating provider. This role supports outpatient care across multiple community clinics in Abbeville, Greenwood, Laurens, McCormick, and Saluda counties, delivering patient-centered primary care with an emphasis on prevention and chronic disease management.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan, including wellness, acute care, and chronic condition management.
• Travel regularly among assigned family medicine sites within Abbeville, Greenwood, Laurens, McCormick, and Saluda, SC.
• Deliver evidence-based care and partner with patients and families to develop and explain treatment and health maintenance plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to coordinate patient care and referrals.
• Accurately and promptly document patient encounters in the electronic health record.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited APRN/NP or Physician Assistant program.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in primary care or family medicine.
• Active, unrestricted South Carolina medical license.
• Certification or eligibility for certification in specialty (FNP or PA-C).
