Location: Surprise, Arizona

Overview:
Join our team as a full‑time Internal Medicine physician providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages. Focus areas include preventive care, health maintenance, and management of acute and chronic medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outpatient primary care and continuity of care
• Perform preventive care visits, routine screenings, and immunizations
• Manage acute illnesses and complex chronic diseases (diabetes, hypertension, COPD, heart disease, etc.)
• Develop and implement evidence‑based treatment plans
• Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services
• Provide patient education and promote self‑management
• Document encounters and maintain accurate medical records
• Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives

Qualifications:

• MD or DO
• Board certified in Internal Medicine
• Current Arizona medical license and DEA registration
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
