Location: Dumas, Texas

Schedule: Job-share; 26 weeks coverage per year

Summary:
Provide autonomous anesthesia care in a patient-centered environment, working independently and as part of the clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia across a variety of surgical cases
• Evaluate patients, develop anesthetic plans, and manage intraoperative and immediate postoperative care
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other providers to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely anesthesia documentation and compliance with facility policies
• Promote a culture of safety, quality improvement, and best practices

Requirements:

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
