Hospitalist Physician — Full-Time (7-on/7-off) — Great Falls, MT

We’re looking for a full-time Hospitalist to join a respected, collaborative team in Great Falls, Montana. You’ll work in a modern acute care hospital with strong specialist support, advanced diagnostics and procedural capabilities, and an experienced clinical staff dedicated to high-quality, patient-centered care.

Practice highlights:

• Full-time, hospital-employed role on a 7-on / 7-off block schedule (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
• Dedicated nocturnists and in-house Pulmonary/Critical Care physicians
• Typical daily census averages about 15 patients per hospitalist
• Telemedicine Critical Care/Pulmonology support and a broad range of on-call specialties
• Nursing ratio typically 1:5, adjusted for acuity
• Modern facility with 36 inpatient beds, a 10-bed open ICU, and advanced cath labs
• In-house 5-OR hospital surgical suite and an adjacent 4-OR Surgery Center
• 8-bed Emergency Department staffed by experienced clinicians

Preferred procedural experience:
We encourage candidates who are comfortable with or experienced in central line placement, intubation, and arterial line insertion to apply.

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Eligible for medical licensure in Montana
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
