Job Description
We're looking for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to join a busy, well-established ENT practice in Great Falls, MT. This is a chance to step into a patient-centered health system with a strong reputation, a solid internal referral network, and full hospital support — all while enjoying a supportive, outdoor-oriented community.
What the role looks like
- General ENT practice with some facial trauma care.
- Light call schedule (approximately 1:4 nights and weekends); excess call stipends are available.
- Flexible Monday–Friday schedule with the option to compress into a 4-day workweek.
- daVinci Xi robot available for surgeons interested in robotic procedures.
- Large internal referral base and room to grow your own patient panel.
- Hospitalists and a dedicated nocturnist team provide inpatient support.
- H1B and J1 visa sponsorship available.
Facility & resources
You’ll work with an acute care hospital that includes:
- 36 inpatient beds and a 10-bed open ICU.
- Two cath lab suites with an 8-bed pre/post-procedure care unit.
- Five ORs plus a 4-OR Surgery Center and 5 observation beds.
- A busy 8-bed Emergency Department staffed by experienced clinicians.
- Full spectrum of referring specialties and emergent care available on-site.
- Modern diagnostics and up-to-date surgical capabilities.

Minimum requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
- Eligibility for Montana medical licensure.
