Experienced BE/BC Hospitalist Physician 7-on/7-off, Sign-on & Relocation Bonus (Great Falls, MT)

We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Hospitalist to join a physician-led, growing health system in Great Falls, MT. You will provide inpatient care in a modern 36-bed acute care hospital within a collaborative team environment, enjoy a predictable 7-on/7-off schedule, and benefit from a culture that supports clinical excellence and work–life balance.

Highlights:

• Hospital-employed, full-time role; 7-on/7-off schedule, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Work alongside dedicated nocturnists, a Pulm/Critical Care physician, and an experienced NP on the same 7-on/7-off schedule
• Average daily census ~15 patients with a 1:5 nursing ratio adjusted for acuity
• Procedure experience preferred but not required
• Strong telemedicine support for critical care/pulmonology and a full panel of on-call specialists
• Robust EMR and efficient clinical workflows

Hospital features:

• 36 inpatient beds with a 10-bed open ICU
• 2 cardiac cath lab suites; 8-bed pre/post-procedure unit
• 5 ORs plus a 4-OR Surgery Center; 5 observation beds
• 8-bed Emergency Department staffed by experienced clinicians

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Unrestricted Montana medical license, or eligibility to obtain one
• Prior hospital medicine experience; procedural skills preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
