Outpatient Family/Internal Medicine Physician — 100% Outpatient, Flexible 4-Day Week, Great Falls MT

Provider-led, patient-centered healthcare organization in Great Falls, MT seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family or Internal Medicine physician for a 100% outpatient practice.

Practice details

• Outpatient primary care only; no inpatient responsibilities (hospitalist team manages admissions)
• Monday–Friday schedule with optional 4-day work week
• Evening call: 1:10 rotation, phone-only
• Clinical team: 3 physicians and 6 advanced practice providers
• Fully staffed acute care hospital support

Facility resources

• 36-bed inpatient unit
• 10-bed open ICU
• 2 catheterization labs with pre/post-procedure unit
• 5 operating rooms + 4-room ambulatory surgery center
• 8-bed Emergency Department staffed by EM providers
• Dedicated observation beds

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills; commitment to team-based, patient-centered care
• Eligibility for Montana medical licensure
