Job Description
A physician-owned, multi-specialty surgical hospital and clinic in Altoona, Wisconsin seeks a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join an established team. Employment options include hospital or group employment or independent contractor arrangements.
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary in year one (MGMA-based)
- wRVU-based bonus structure

Practice Setting

Qualifications
- MD or DO from accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery with fellowship training in Hand Surgery
- Eligible for Wisconsin medical licensure
- Strong clinical and surgical skills and ability to work in a team-based setting
