Pediatrician — $25K Sign-On, Up to $80K Loan Repayment (Sierra Vista, AZ)

Join a well-established, collaborative healthcare team in Sierra Vista, AZ, caring for children from birth through adolescence. This outpatient role offers strong earning potential plus one of the most generous loan repayment packages available: as an NHSC-approved Federally Qualified Health Center, the site qualifies physicians for up to $80,000 in federal student loan repayment over the first two years, with continuation awards that can eliminate most or all remaining educational debt. Additional repayment may also be available through the Arizona State Loan Repayment Program. New graduates and visa candidates are welcome to apply.

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary range: $240,000–$311,000
• Quarterly productivity bonuses that commonly add 10–20% of base pay (total cash compensation often reaches $320K–$370K+)

What you’ll do

• Provide routine wellness exams, immunizations, and developmental screenings
• Diagnose and treat acute pediatric illnesses, infections, and injuries
• Manage chronic pediatric conditions and coordinate care with specialists
• Educate patients and families on preventive care and healthy lifestyles

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Active Arizona medical license or ability to obtain one
• Current DEA registration
• BLS and PALS certifications
