Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician — Lubbock TX, Level II Trauma, Teaching + H1B Sponsorship

Come join a tight-knit group of Pediatric Emergency Medicine physicians and advanced practice providers in Lubbock, Texas. You’ll work alongside dedicated colleagues in a supportive, team-focused environment where high-quality care for kids is the priority.

What you’ll do

• Provide full-spectrum pediatric emergency care in a 16-bed ED that includes 2 trauma bays.
• Practice within a Level II Trauma Center; physician coverage adjusts seasonally between about 24–36 hours per day based on volume.
• Teach and mentor Pediatric and Family Medicine residents as part of our academic efforts.
• Collaborate closely with a dedicated OB ED and receive robust subspecialty support.
• Document and communicate using EPIC, with 12 hours of daily scribe coverage to streamline your workflow.
• Use on-site CT, MRI, ultrasound, and bedside ultrasound to make timely clinical decisions.

Schedule and employment

• Full-time employment requires a minimum of 120 hours/month to qualify for full benefits.
• Part-time and PRN options are also available to suit different lifestyles.
• W2 employment with a competitive hourly rate of $250–$265.

• H-1B visa sponsorship is available; in-house visa specialists will assist and all required filing fees are covered.

Who we’re looking for

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric Emergency Medicine.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
