Emergency Medicine NP or PA Level III Trauma Center in Moses Lake | $151K, Flexible Schedule

Join a close-knit Emergency Medicine team in Moses Lake, WA, working with nine board-certified EM physicians and three advanced practice providers at a Level III Trauma Center that sees roughly 25,000 ED visits annually. Our collaborative group maintains strong relationships with hospitalists, surgery, OB/GYN, radiology, ENT, ophthalmology, urology, GI, and tele-neurology to deliver high-quality, coordinated patient care.

Schedule

• APP shifts: 2:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m., overlapping with physician shifts (7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., 10:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.).
• Flexible scheduling designed to support work–life balance and equitable holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with recent acute care experience
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience required given the role’s acuity and autonomy
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with on-site physicians
• Current PALS, BLS, and ACLS certifications
