Part-Time Medical Director / Attending Physician Skilled Nursing & Hospitalist (Montello, WI)

This part-time role delivers great scheduling flexibility and a collaborative environment—perfect if you want meaningful clinical work without the usual hospital hours. You’ll provide medical leadership and hands-on care across local skilled nursing facilities, working closely with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to ensure patient-centered treatment and smooth clinical oversight.

Typical schedule and practice details:

• Part-time coverage, usually 1–2 days per week at each assigned facility
• No fixed start/end times, no overnight shifts, and no call responsibilities
• Average of 18–25 visits per day
• Company-provided iPad with LTE for efficient documentation
• Ideal for those seeking work-life balance; new graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensure are encouraged to apply

What we’re looking for:

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
• A compassionate approach and commitment to patient-centered care
