We’re looking for a compassionate Family Medicine / General Nurse Practitioner to join our growing primary care team just south of Boston. You’ll practice in a collaborative, patient-focused environment that values high-quality care, innovation, and work-life balance.

What you’ll do

• Perform comprehensive primary care visits for patients across the lifespan, including preventive care, acute problem visits, and chronic disease management.
• Develop individualized care plans and adjust treatment based on patient needs and evidence-based guidelines.
• Manage medications, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and coordinate follow-up care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, behavioral health specialists, care coordinators, and other members of the care team to ensure seamless, integrated care.
• Provide patient education on preventive health, self-management, and medication adherence.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Who we’re looking for

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts with certification in Family Practice or population focus appropriate for primary care.
• New grads welcome; 1–2 years of clinical experience in primary care or urgent care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Comfortable working independently while engaging as part of a collaborative care team.
