PartTime Medical Director / Attending Physician — Flexible Schedule, SNF Hospitalist (Doniphan, MO)

We are hiring a part-time Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide clinical leadership and attendingship for post-acute and long-term care patients at skilled nursing facilities in Doniphan, Missouri. The role partners with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care across assigned facilities.

Locations

• Doniphan, MO (local)
• Other Missouri sites: Columbia, St. Charles, Springfield, Strafford
• Additional opportunities nationwide: GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MI, NC, OH, TN, WI

Schedule and Clinical Duties

• Part-time; physicians typically cover each facility 1–2 days per week
• No fixed start/end times, no overnight shifts, no call
• Average 18–25 patient visits per day
• Provide clinical oversight, medical direction, and direct patient care in skilled nursing facilities
• Collaborate with NPs/PAs and facility staff to manage care plans, transitions, and quality initiatives
• Use company-provided iPad with LTE for documentation

Qualifications

• MD or DO with unrestricted U.S. medical license, or eligible for licensure
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
