Compensation & incentives

• Salary range: $160,000–$220,000 plus incentive program
• State and federal student loan forgiveness: up to $80,000 (full-time) / $40,000 (part-time)

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary dental care, including periodontal treatment as indicated
• Collaborate with dental and medical colleagues to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes
• Use advanced dental technologies, such as digital charting, digital imaging, and intraoral scanning
• Maintain professional, patient-centered communication and conduct

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from a U.S.-accredited dental school
• Unrestricted Minnesota dental license
• Current CPR (BLS) certification
• Completion of an accredited GPR or AEGD program preferred
