Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner — Willow Grove, PA (Full-Time, 3-on/4-off)

A well-established urgent care center in Willow Grove, PA seeks a Nurse Practitioner with experience in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Family Medicine to join a growing team. The role requires comfort in a fast-paced environment and commitment to high-quality patient care.

Position details

• Schedule: Full-time, 3 days on / 4 days off; 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM; coverage 7 days/week on a rotating schedule.
• Clinical scope: Evaluate and treat a broad range of acute illnesses and minor injuries for patients of all ages.
• Team & resources: Work with a multidisciplinary team in a modern facility with strong clinical support.
• Autonomy: Manage patient care independently within protocol and scope of practice.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Pennsylvania or ability to obtain one.
• Clinical experience in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Family Medicine.
• Strong assessment, clinical decision-making, and patient-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse patient population.
