Board-Certified/Eligible Internal Medicine Physician — Outpatient Primary Care (Boston, Brockton, Lynn)

We’re seeking a compassionate, full-time Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join our mission-driven team in Massachusetts. Compensation and benefits

• Salary range: $259,000–$270,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package

What we’re looking for

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine (Family Medicine candidates considered); board certification must be obtained within one year of hire if not already achieved
• Active MA medical license or the ability to obtain one prior to start date
• Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care, especially for older adults
• Strong communication skills and comfort connecting with patients from diverse backgrounds
• Experience with EHRs and clinical technologies
• High ethical standards and discretion when handling complex, confidential situations
• A passion for serving underserved populations and improving community health
• Ability to work effectively in a non-hierarchical, team-based model—resilient and adaptable when managing competing priorities
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
