Urgent Care NP/PA Waltham, MA | $5K Sign-On, $75$85/hr + Incentives, 5 Weeks PTO

We’re a rapidly growing, high-quality urgent care group in Waltham, MA, looking for experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our team. What we’re looking for

• Current, unrestricted Massachusetts NP or PA license.
• At least six months of clinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or another fast-paced setting; strong new graduates will be considered.
• Excellent clinical judgment, clear communication skills, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Availability to work every other weekend.
