Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — Newton, MA (Sign-On Bonus)

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

We’re a fast-growing, high-quality urgent care organization serving the suburban Boston area and we’re looking for compassionate, motivated Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our team in Newton, MA. What we offer:

• Competitive pay: base $75–$85/hour, plus performance incentives up to $25/hour (average rate ≈ $96/hour).
• Generous time off: five weeks per year covering vacation, holidays, and sick time.
• CME support: three paid CME days annually, with additional CME assistance available.
• Sign-on bonus: $5,000.

What we’re looking for:

• Current, unrestricted Massachusetts NP or PA license.
• Minimum six months of clinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or a similarly fast-paced setting; strong new grads will be considered.
• Excellent clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and a compassionate, patient-first approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Availability to work every other weekend.
