Urology Physician Faculty Position (Robotics Lead), Phoenix, AZ

We are seeking a full-time Urology Physician to join our Department of Surgery in Phoenix, AZ. This faculty role combines clinical practice, education, and program development to expand high-quality urologic care and support our graduate medical education programs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient and outpatient general urology care in elective and emergency settings.
• Participate in shared call coverage and coordinate patient management.
• Lead development and growth of a urologic robotics program.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver team-based, patient-centered care.
• Teach and mentor residents and medical students; contribute to curriculum and clinical training.
• Engage in collaborative research initiatives to advance clinical practice and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited urology residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Eligible for an unrestricted Arizona medical license
• Preferred: Fellowship training or substantial experience in robotic-assisted surgery
