Outpatient Family Medicine Physician Peoria, AZ (J-1/H-1B Eligible)

We’re looking for an Outpatient Family Medicine Physician to join our Peoria, AZ team. This full-time role is perfect for clinicians who enjoy community-focused care in a 100% outpatient setting with minimal call responsibilities.

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completed ACGME-accredited residency in Family or Internal Medicine.
• Board certified or board eligible in Family or Internal Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license (or the ability to obtain one).
• Current DEA registration for prescribing controlled substances.
• Prior family medicine experience is preferred but not required.
