Outpatient Family Medicine Physician — Guadalupe, AZ (J-1/H-1B Eligible)

We’re looking for a dedicated family medicine physician to join our team in Guadalupe, AZ. This is a full-time, 100% outpatient role with minimal call—perfect for clinicians who love community-focused primary care and want a predictable work-life balance.

Compensation and benefits

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completed ACGME-accredited residency in Family or Internal Medicine
• Board certified or board eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
• Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Current DEA registration for prescribing controlled substances
• Prior family medicine experience preferred but not required
