We are seeking a full-time outpatient Internal or Family Medicine physician to join a community-focused team in Mesa, AZ. This role is 100% outpatient with minimal call and supports clinicians committed to primary care.

Compensation & benefits

• Salary: $239,000–$253,500
• Competitive benefits package

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completed ACGME-accredited residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Current DEA registration for controlled substances
• Prior experience in a family medicine or outpatient setting preferred
