Academic Plastic Surgeon (Board-Certified/Board-Eligible) — Martinsburg, WV

Join a growing academic and clinical plastic surgery practice in Martinsburg, West Virginia. We’re looking for a fellowship-trained, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Plastic Surgeon who wants to provide comprehensive reconstructive and cosmetic care while helping train the next generation of physicians.

What you’ll do

• Deliver high-quality care across the full spectrum of plastic surgery, including reconstructive and cosmetic procedures.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Perform surgical procedures and manage preoperative, operative, and postoperative care.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows in a collaborative academic setting.
• Maintain timely, accurate medical documentation and participate in quality improvement and academic activities.

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week

Who we’re looking for

• MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent).
• Completion of an accredited General Surgery or integrated Plastic Surgery residency.
• Fellowship training in Plastic Surgery required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery.
• Eligible for West Virginia medical licensure.
