Urgent Care Physician (Civil Surgeon) — Philadelphia, PA

We’re looking for a skilled Urgent Care Physician to join our new center serving a vibrant Philadelphia community. You’ll provide compassionate, patient-centered care to a diverse population, manage a wide range of acute and non-emergency conditions, and play a key role in a collaborative, supportive team.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver high-quality urgent care, making timely diagnoses and managing treatment plans.
• Perform immigration physicals in accordance with Civil Surgeon protocols and requirements.
• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and labs.
• Coordinate care with other providers to ensure comprehensive treatment.
• Maintain clear, thorough documentation in the electronic health record.

What we’re looking for:

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license.
• Minimum 4 years post-residency experience (required for Civil Surgeon eligibility).
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Internal Medicine.
• Demonstrated urgent care experience and strong clinical skills with the ability to work independently.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
