Pediatrician (Full-Time) — Pediatric Physician Opportunity in Surprise, AZ

We’re looking for a full-time Pediatric Physician to join our compassionate team in Surprise, AZ. You’ll deliver family-centered, high-quality care to infants, children, and adolescents—helping ensure their physical, developmental, and emotional well-being. This role is especially meaningful as we serve diverse and underserved communities, working alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team.

What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive pediatric care from infancy through adolescence, including well-child visits and acute care
• Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, administer vaccinations, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Counsel patients and families on wellness, development, preventive care, and chronic disease management
• Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Document care accurately and thoroughly in our electronic health record system
• Stay current with pediatric best practices and participate in ongoing professional development

What we’re looking for

• Graduate of an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited U.S. Pediatric Residency Program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Valid Arizona medical license and DEA certificate
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Proficiency with pediatric clinical methods, strong clinical judgment, and excellent interpersonal skills with patients, families, and colleagues
• Basic computer skills for electronic medical records
• Valid Arizona driver’s license
• Certification in CPR and AED use per American Heart Association or Red Cross standards
• Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card from the Arizona Department of Public Safety

Nice to have

• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus but not required
