Family or Internal Medicine Physician — Outpatient Primary Care (Goodyear, AZ)

We are seeking a dedicated Family or Internal Medicine physician to join our team in Goodyear, AZ. This full-time role delivers comprehensive primary care in a community health setting and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact across a diverse patient population.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient primary care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of acute and chronic conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and preventive care strategies
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records in compliance with organizational policies
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and quality of care

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited U.S. Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
• Board certified in Family or Internal Medicine
• Valid Arizona medical license and DEA registration
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum three years’ experience in community health
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
• Cultural competency and ability to work effectively with diverse populations
• Proficient with basic clinical methods, electronic records, and business English
• Valid Arizona driver’s license
