Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon — Level I Trauma Center (Phoenix, AZ)

We are a not-for-profit, multispecialty practice of more than 650 providers seeking a full-time, fellowship-trained Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join our Department of Orthopedics in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Our team supports a state-designated Level 1 Trauma Center and ACS-verified facility, providing a high-volume, complex trauma practice with strong institutional support.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver Level 1 orthopedic trauma care across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Manage acute care responsibilities in the trauma center and follow patients in clinic.
• Build an elective practice if desired.
• Work closely with orthopedic physician assistants and a multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in teaching and supervision of medical students and residents in an engaging academic environment.

Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O. degree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery (actively pursuing certification acceptable).
• Fellowship-trained in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery.
• Ability to obtain or hold an Arizona medical license.
• Prior Level 1 trauma experience preferred; additional fellowship training is a plus.
