Locums Family Medicine Physician — Outpatient, MonFri 85, No Nights/Weekends, Petoskey MI

Location: Petoskey, Michigan

Summary:
Seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician for a locum tenens outpatient position in a clinic setting. No call or weekend responsibilities.

Schedule and Logistics:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• No weekends; no night call
• Patient volume: ~20 patients/day
• EHR: Cerner
• Must be local to Michigan

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adults and pediatric patients
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Perform routine wellness and preventive care visits
• Conduct gynecologic exams, including pelvic exams and Pap smears
• Interpret EKGs
• Coordinate referrals, follow-up, and continuity of care
• Document encounters accurately in Cerner

Required Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Active Michigan medical license
• Prior Family Medicine outpatient experience
• Strong outpatient clinical and diagnostic skills
• Comfortable treating patients across the lifespan
