PRN Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physician — Outpatient Clinics (Atlanta, GA)

Join a growing outpatient team in the Atlanta area where you’ll deliver patient-centered primary care in a supportive, collaborative setting. We’re looking for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician who values high-quality, comprehensive care and prefers a predictable, clinician-friendly schedule—extended weekday hours, minimal weekends, and no on-call obligations.

Where you’ll work

• Offices in Alpharetta, Atlanta, Braselton, Buckhead, Dallas, Duluth, Hamilton and Tyrone.

Typical schedule

• Three weekdays per week (Monday–Friday) with clinic hours from 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
• One weekend every other week: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• No on-call duties

What you’ll do

• Provide evidence-based primary care for an adult patient population
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears), manage acute and chronic conditions, and address urgent care needs within the primary care setting
• Counsel patients on prevention and wellness
• Collaborate closely with the care team to support quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Manage a patient panel with an average visit volume of about 2–2.2 patients per hour, including some walk-ins
• Maintain professionalism and strong communication with patients and teammates

• Competitive base salary range of $230,000–$280,000 plus a 20–30% incentive opportunity

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine (Internal Medicine considered)
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong clinical judgment, and a commitment to patient-centered care
