Outpatient Family/Internal Medicine Physician — Competitive Pay up to $600K, Minimal Call, Boston Area

Join a leading multi-specialty, multi-site physician group serving communities just south of Boston, MA. This full-time outpatient opportunity is conveniently located with easy highway access and is under an hour from Boston, Providence, and Cape Cod.

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary $250,000–$325,000 with upside potential up to $600,000. RVU-based productivity earnings phased in after two years.

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Massachusetts medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong clinical and communication skills and a commitment to compassionate, high-quality care.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
