Job Description
We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a highly efficient, team-oriented Ambulatory Surgery Center in beautiful Colorado Springs, Colorado. This is an outstanding opportunity for both experienced CRNAs and new graduates looking to enjoy an exceptional work-life balance while practicing in a predictable outpatient environment focused exclusively on gastroenterology procedures.

Choose
the schedule that best fits your lifestyle:
· 3 x 10-hour shifts per week (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)– base salary $230,000-$260,000 based on experience plus potential productivity bonuses
· 4 x 10-hour shifts per week (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM) – base salary $280-315k based on experience plus potential productivity bonuses
· Option to pick up more shifts for higher income potential
· FULL benefits at 3 or 4 days (30+ hours = full benefits)
· Also add productivity bonus (not yet established, so no details on that available)
· PRN opportunities available as well

Clinical Practice
- Propofol-only anesthesia model
- No additional anesthetic agents beyond Propofol
- Gastroenterology procedures only
- Outpatient ASC cases exclusively
- High-volume, efficient practice environment
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited CRNA program
- Current NBCRNA certification
- Active Colorado CRNA license or ability to obtain licensure
- New graduates and experienced CRNAs are encouraged to apply
