SpanishSpeaking Adult Primary Care NP or PA — FullTime, Bronx (Geriatrics Preferred)

We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive adult primary care in the Bronx, NY. Manageable patient panels enable high-quality, patient-centered care.

Schedule and Clinical:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• No nights or weekends
• Small patient panels: ~8–12 patients/day

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary: $165,000–$185,000
• Up to 20% performance bonus

Requirements:

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in New York
• Minimum 2 years of primary care experience
• Experience or strong interest in geriatrics preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Medicare and Medicaid provider IDs required
