Job Description

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join a growing post-acute care team in Barnstable/Cape Cod, MA. This facility-based inpatient hospitalist role offers an outstanding work–life balance with a Monday–Friday schedule (9:00 AM–5:00 PM), no weekends, and no on-call responsibilities. Additional opportunities are available in North Conway, NH; Burlington and St. Albans, VT.

Position highlights

  • Guaranteed compensation range: $200,000–$500,000+ (most full-time physicians earn $300,000–$500,000)

Requirements

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, or a related specialty
  • Active, unrestricted state medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
  • Experience in hospital medicine, post-acute care, skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or internal medicine preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment for managing medically complex patients
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
