Lead Vascular Surgeon — Build & Lead New Program in Denver Suburb (MGMA Median $625K)

A regional healthcare system northwest of Denver seeks a full-time, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Vascular Surgeon to establish and lead a growing vascular surgery program.

Position summary

• Serve as the anchor physician and clinical leader for a new vascular surgery service line.
• Build and shape program operations, clinical pathways, quality initiatives, and regional access to vascular care.
• Provide outpatient clinic care, perform elective and acute vascular procedures (open and endovascular), and participate in call coverage.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership, surgical colleagues, interventional teams, and support staff to expand services and meet performance goals.

Compensation and benefits

• Guaranteed base salary at the 2026 MGMA median: $625,000

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery
• Eligible for Colorado medical licensure
• Demonstrated interest or experience in program development and clinical leadership
• Experience with both open and endovascular procedures preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
