Family Medicine Physician — Full-Time (Federally Qualified Health Center) — Gardner, MA

Federally qualified health center serving 36 communities in north-central Massachusetts seeks a full-time Family Medicine physician based in the greater Gardner, MA area.

Organization and services

• Multi-site, nonprofit primary care organization
• Services include urgent care; family and pediatric primary care; preventive and restorative dentistry and oral surgery; behavioral health for children and adults; substance use disorder treatment; optometry and optical shop; acupuncture; nutrition counseling; and podiatry

Compensation

• $180,000–$210,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Minimum qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
• Current Massachusetts medical license (Board of Registration in Medicine)
• Current ACLS or CPR/AED certification
• Current DEA registration and DEA X-waiver (as applicable) and Massachusetts controlled-substance registration for prescriptive authority
• Eligible for unrestricted privileges at health center–affiliated hospitals
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
