Family/Internal Medicine Physician — Sierra Vista, AZ | $25K Sign-On, Up to $310K + Loan Repayment

Location: Sierra Vista, Arizona — Community Health Center

Compensation

• Base salary up to $310,000
• Quarterly productivity bonus
• $25,000 sign-on bonus

Core responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive adult primary care in a community health center setting
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions, perform routine exams, and coordinate care/referrals
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet productivity and quality metrics
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support patient-centered care

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license and DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical skills, bedside manner, and interpersonal/communication abilities
