Family Medicine Physician — FQHC (Tallahassee, FL)

Join a well-established FQHC serving North Florida and help deliver high-quality, affordable medical and dental care to families across multiple locations. Based in the Tallahassee area, you’ll provide comprehensive family medicine services—managing chronic conditions, promoting wellness and prevention for patients of all ages, and supporting proactive care coordination across the clinic.

You will work closely with clinical staff and report to the site medical director. Day-to-day responsibilities include examining, diagnosing, and treating patients according to clinic policies and protocols, participating in care planning, and contributing to ongoing quality and service improvements.

Compensation & benefits

• Guaranteed salary: $185,000 per year
• Bonus incentives tied to patient volumes

Schedule

• 40 hours per week
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical school
• Current resident or completion of an accredited residency program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Licensed to practice in Florida or able to obtain licensure
• New graduates and current residents are welcome to apply
