Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine) — Full-Time, Stoneham/Wilmington MA

We are seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join a physician-led practice serving Wilmington and Stoneham, Massachusetts. This role focuses on relationship-based, preventive, evidence-based care delivered in a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical setting. New graduates and experienced physicians are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care to an adult and/or family patient panel
• Provide preventive care, chronic disease management, acute visit evaluation, and patient education
• Coordinate care with specialists and care teams
• Participate in quality improvement and performance initiatives
• Document care in the electronic medical record and meet practice productivity and quality metrics

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active or eligible Massachusetts medical license
• DEA registration or eligibility
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to team-based, patient-centered care
